North Jakarta Water Resources (SDA) Sub-dept. has repaired east side of Sunter River Embankment which has 282 meters long, Rawa Badak Utara Urban Village, Koja, North Jakarta. Not only repaired, but it is also elevated for around 60 cm.

Koja Sub-district SDA Unit Head, Erlan said, previously some parts of embankment were damaged and made it prone to collapse in rainy season.
Bronjong Levee on Sunter Riverbank Constructed"Thus we elevate it around 60 cm to anticipate increasing water level, especially in rainy season," he explained, Tuesday (2/13).
He informed, his side used river stone material, sand, and cement to repair and elevate embankment. After it is elevated, now Sunter River has embankment with 90 cm high from ground.
